How to Take Membership

• Benefits

  • Members will have Voting Rights and filing Nomination for UHAOA Board Position towards AOA Election

  • Will have right to vote for and against any resolution passed by the UHAOA Board.

• Fill up AOA Membership Form

  • Please fill up the AOA Membership form and submit it to EMO Office

  • You can download the form from this link(Download) or from the Forms Section of the Site.

• Submit the Membership Fees

  • Membership Charges of Rs.1000/- (One Time )

  • Acceptable Mode of Payment(s))

    • DD / Pay Order / Cheque drawn in favor of Unitech Horizon AOA ,Payable at Greater Noida.

    • Online Transfer - e-Payments can be made by IMPS/ NEFT/ RTGS State Bank of India, Branch: Lagerstroemia Shopping Complex,Phase-1,Greater Noida (A/c. 36156653218) IFSC Code SBIN0004324.

  • Please mention the cheque number or online transaction number clearly in the application form.

• Documents Required

  • Copy of Possession Letter / Sale Deed of Property (first 4 Pages only)

  • Form Submission

  • You can submit your filled up form with documents, and submit or send it by post at AOA Office Address.

  • You can also mail the scanned copy of form along with Payment Transaction details and Proof of Ownership to Admin@unitechhorizonaoa.in

Important:

1. Receipts will be issued in case of Cash Payments or only when requested.

2. Please mention Flat # Tower# and Name on the back of Cheque/Payorder/ DD and UTR (Transaction Ref No). in the space Text Box * below
